How much notice does DarkFleet need for a vehicle and chauffeur?

Same-day deployments inside the Chicago metro are routine. Provide flight numbers and passenger manifest at least 2 hours prior to touchdown for O'Hare or Midway. Planned itineraries should lock 24-48 hours ahead where possible.

Can we self-drive instead of using a chauffeur?

Yes. The Camry is available for self-drive with concierge delivery to the hangar or terminal curb. The chauffeured Mercedes-Benz remains crew-driven only to preserve our TSA clearances.

How does billing work for corporate clients?

Travel departments receive consolidated invoices weekly with trip manifests, timestamps, and signature logs. Level 1 PCI tokenization stores the card-on-file for incidentals while maintaining SOC2 compliance.

Do you support out-of-state missions?

Yes. We regularly coordinate handoffs for flights repositioning to New York, Dallas, and LA. Dispatch secures partner fleet vehicles that match our standards and maintains the same communications cadence.

What should pilots expect upon arrival?

Crew receives a tarmac-side briefing with keys, route intelligence, and weather highlights. For curbside pickup, the chauffeur texts the exact door and wait time. The vehicle is staged with cold beverages and mission folders.

Can we add security personnel or interpreters?

Certainly. Brief the concierge team, and we will embed licensed agents or language specialists into the pickup. All supplemental staff sign NDAs and align with our security protocols.
